This immersive experience will celebrate the diverse, high-quality produce and artisanal products of California, showcasing them in a way that’s both delicious and Instagram-worthy.

EVENT ITINERARY
Welcome Reception
Food influencers, culinary enthusiasts, and content creators with a passion for high-quality ingredients and creative food presentation will be welcomed into the event studio space and greeted with a glass of California sparkling wine or a refreshing mocktail made with seasonal California fruits.
Interactive Charcuterie Workshop
The evening's host, Michelle Rabin, Toronto-based culinary producer, food stylist and recipe developer, will guide the group through the art of building a stunning and balanced charcuterie board. Each guest will have a personal workstation equipped with a variety of California-grown products.
Photo and Styling Stations
The event space will be set up with designated photo stations, complete with natural light and props. Professional styling tips by Michelle Rabin will guide you in capturing the perfect shots of your charcuterie creations.
California Wine
Served throughout the event, the evening's wine list will showcase interesting local varietals and tasting notes of several California wines.
